At Jetson, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Ride

  Carefully pack your Jetson product back into its original box, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
